We are capable of handling all types of cargo even those with special requirements with our seamless process. Payment: All shipments are prepaid shipments. Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics shipment service is on a prepaid basis and full payment is due upon presentation of the freight invoice. Shipment items for which payment is not received by the due date will be subject to storage fees and may be considered abandoned and subsequently discarded as per the “Storage Fees / Abandoned Cargo” stipulation in the Terms and Conditions.

Banking Fees and Other Charges: There is a 4% processing fee on all Card or CashApp Transactions. You (the client) are responsible for all banking fees associated with the wire transfer, which may include not only the fees charged by the sending bank (typically $35-$50 per wire transfer), but also the fees of intermediary banks, through which the money travels before reaching our account (add another $10-$20 for each correspondent bank). Our receiving bank (Bank of America) has no control over intermediary banks fees.
Documentation: It’s the shipper’s responsibility to fill out an accurate Packing List Form and the current Disclaimer Form, and submit them Online, in Person by Mail or Fax. If you are exporting Personal Effects by Air Cargo or Ocean Freight, we will require a copy of your Personal Identification document like a valid Driver License or Passport. Please note that we cannot ship Freight without proper Documentation.
Export Charges: Because of tight security, U.S. Customs or TSA MAY require your Cargo to be inspected and there could be charges related to such action. These charges will be billed to You (The shipper). Shipping charges do NOT include Insurance coverage.
Destination Charges: All international shipments are subject to Destination Fees: Custom Duties, Taxes, (if applicable) Handling, Terminal / Port Fees, Storage and Door Delivery which are beyond our control. These charges vary according to destination country and are accepted practices in the shipping industry.
Transit Time: We can not guarantee on time arrivals, mainly because of factors that are beyond our control like Weather, Security, Port Delays or other problems. However be assured that we will make every effort to have it on time and in good shape.
COVID-19: DUE TO COVID-19, ALL QUOTES ARE SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION AND CARRIER ACCEPTANCE AT TIME OF BOOKING. THE RATES CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING ARE FINAL. HOWEVER, TRANSIT TIMES CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED.
Contraband Items: Contraband refers to any item that, relating to its nature, is considered too dangerous or offensive in the eyes of the legislator and is accordingly illegal for import or export. Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics will not ship contraband items. The classification of an item as contraband may vary from country to country and it is the responsibility of the shipper to declare ALL the items in their shipment and to confirm with Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics that the items they intend to ship are not contraband in the destination country. Contraband items sent to Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics will be retrieved by the shipper at the shipper’s expense upon notification and will be subject to storage fees or even discarded as per the “Storage Fees / Abandoned Cargo” stipulation in the Terms and Conditions.
Storage Fees / Abandoned Cargo: Items delivered to Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises which are not shipped due to non-payment or classification as contraband, will be subject to storage and/or return fees if not picked up within 45 days of invoice. In addition, items shipped by Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics that are not retrieved due to non-payment or otherwise will also be subject to storage and/or return fees if not picked up within 45 days of delivery. Such items will be considered abandoned if not retrieved within 90 days. Abandoned items will be discarded. Storage fees are $5 per cubic foot per month and will accrue on a daily basis.
Loss or Damage of Goods: Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics is not liable for loss or damage resulting from:
Articles of unusual value
Insects or vermin, deterioration, dampness of atmosphere, extreme temperature, ordinary wear or tear
Improper packaging
Perishable Commodities
Checks: Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics will not pay for the face value of lost or damaged checks
Fluorescent tubes or bulbs
Data stored on any media
Acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, nuclear damage, acts of public authorities, riots, strikes, civil unrest, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, adverse weather conditions, or misplacement of items by air or ground transportation carriers
Finally, items that are seized by authorities as contraband or otherwise
Cancellation Policy: After items are picked up for shipping from Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises, all sales are final, and accordingly, noncancelable and non-refundable. Shippers have the option to request for cancellation of a shipment at least 24 hours before the items are picked up from Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises for shipping to their final destination. Cancellation requests must be made in writing through the channels provided on the Contact Us page and must clearly state the Shipper’s information, the Vessel Number and the Invoice Number. Upon successful cancellation of the shipping service, all the money paid by the Shipper (except money paid for services that have already been performed such as packing and crating) will be refunded after the items have been retrieved from Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises by the shipper or rebooked. After cancellation of a shipment, the Shipper is responsible for all costs associated with retrieving their items from Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises, and such items are subject to the “Storage Fees / Abandoned Cargo” clause of the Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy: If a service associated with shipment of items–including packing, crating, or the actual shipment of the items–has been performed, then it is non-refundable. If a service has not yet been performed, it is eligible for a refund upon successful cancellation. All refunds associated with a shipment will be made after the shipment items have been retrieved from Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises by the shipper or rebooked onto a future Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics shipment. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy below for more information on how to cancel a shipment service.
Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics Protection Plan: Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics automatically protects each item shipped against loss or damage up to a value of US$100 without a declared value. If the value of goods shipped exceeds US$100, shippers can declare a higher value up to $20,000 and purchase a Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics Protection Plan for $4.00 for every incremental $100 of the declared value above the base $100, to protect against loss or damage of shipped items. If no value is declared, the maximum refund for loss or damage to a package or international shipment is US$100. If the Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics Protection Plan is not purchased, the maximum refund for loss or damage to a package or international shipment is US$100. Reimbursement for loss or damage will be based solely on the value declared and the protection plan. Declared value is valid as long as the cargo is in the care, custody, and control of Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics and Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics will only be responsible for loss or damage of items from the time that they are delivered to Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics premises for shipment to the point when the items are delivered to the Shipper (or the Shippers designee) at the collection point in the destination country.
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Le Bluebird Transport & Logistics (“Application”) for mobile devices and website. The Application is intended to facilitate the movement of goods from different locations through Le Blue Bird Transport & Logistics or the use of individual Transporters or business Transporters or other third parties.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.
When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password, picture and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you agree to move goods, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information, driver’s license/state identification card/passport, social security number, business license numbers and bank account information for transactions and use of the Application, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. User location is collected for the sole use of this application to find other users in the same vicinity, data collected will not be shared under any circumstance with third parties of any kind.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at info@lebluebirdtransport.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 17. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at inf0@lebluebirdtransport.com We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
